User Guide

Welcome to Presidium Reports, the reporting workspace for generating Monday Morning Report and Monday Stats dashboards from Yardi exports.

Getting Started

Use Sign in from the header to access saved report history, cloud snapshots, and trends.

Choose a workflow

From the hub, open Monday Morning Report or Monday Stats. Each workflow accepts its expected Yardi export files and generates a dashboard.

Uploading Reports

Monday Morning Report

Upload the required MMR exports to generate portfolio KPIs, per-property box scores, rent deltas, delinquency views, and action items.

Monday Stats

Upload the Monday Stats source files to generate weekly occupancy, leasing, work order, traffic, and receivables reporting.

Saved History

Saved snapshots appear on /history with report date, type, uploader, property count, quick links, and delete actions.

Opening a saved snapshot

Use Open from History or select a date from the report header's History dropdown. Report links include an id parameter so the dashboard can hydrate the exact saved snapshot.

Trends

Open /mmr/trends or /monday-stats/trends to review a default 13-week portfolio rollup with line charts powered by saved metric history.

Printing and PDF

Use the browser print dialog from a report dashboard to export a print-friendly PDF layout.
